You'll define and refine the core combat experience for a high-quality online multiplayer game, collaborating with directors and cross-disciplinary leads.   • Define and execute combat system vision with design directors
  • Design and implement advanced player combat mechanics and abilities
  • Prototype, iterate, and refine combat systems for polish and balance
  • Collaborate with art, engineering, and other discipline leads

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years as senior or principal designer on shipped AAA titles
  • Deep expertise in combat design and mechanics in AAA games
  • Advanced proficiency with Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of gameplay systems like combat loops and balance
