In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to manage, retain, and expand relationships across Motive's customer base in Canada. You will drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities and retention, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in SaaS sales or revenue-focused account leadership
  • 4+ years managing enterprise-focused sellers or account/customer success managers
  • Proven success owning and expanding revenue within complex customer segments
  • Strong operational acumen with Salesforce, sales analytics, and forecasting tools
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead geographically distributed Enterprise and Strategic Account Management sales organization
  • Drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities within complex enterprise accounts
  • Develop strategies for demonstrating business value to customers and building executive connections
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top enterprise account management talent
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to strengthen net revenue retention
