🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with office leader to assess financials and staffing needs.
• Review proposals and maintain opportunity forecast.
• Conduct weekly project manager meetings to review budgets.
• Ensure QA/QC processes for high client service.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, MEP, structural, or civil engineering.
• 8 years practice experience in AEC industry.
• 2 years project management experience leading teams.

• Experience with Project Planner software.
• Knowledge of MEP or structural engineering.
