Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a virtual-first setting. Your role involves listening, educating, and personalizing treatment plans, with support from a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Proficiency with technology and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care for women in midlife, including menopause and perimenopause
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate and support patients through health transitions
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EMRs efficiently
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders
