Description

You will build AI-native distributed systems that power intelligent financial products, focusing on multi-agent orchestration, real-time decisioning, and high-performance infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the core platform that enables a universal banking assistant.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and AI-native architectures
• Proficiency in Python and at least one backend language (Node.js or Go)
• Experience building durable, scalable platform systems
• Strong code review skills and ability to raise engineering standards
• Ability to own critical platform components end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core platforms for multi-agent orchestration and real-time decisioning
• Develop abstractions for safe and predictable AI system operation at scale
• Build low-latency, fault-tolerant, event-driven distributed infrastructure
• Optimize resource utilization and eliminate performance bottlenecks
• Write production-quality Python and Node.js/Go code
