💼 About This Role
You'll be Fi's first BD & Partnerships Manager, owning the full cycle from prospecting to relationship management. You'll build the playbook for identifying and closing strategic partnerships across US and European markets. This role combines hunting new opportunities with nurturing long-term relationships at a fast-growing pet tech startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify prospective partners across US and European markets
- Surface asymmetric opportunities and build compelling mutual value propositions
- Manage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadership
- Own day-to-day partnership management, tracking performance and flagging issues
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years in BD or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle
- Startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferred
- AI-native: use AI as a force multiplier, building automations and thinking in systems
- Strong analytical skills to read business models and find leverage points
