Description

You'll build product features using ML/AI to help clinicians work efficiently, from prototyping to production. You'll design experiments, tune models, implement LLM evals, and drive roadmapping for the ML platform. **This is a hybrid role** based in Mexico City with a **relocation bonus** available.

Requirements

• BS or above in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Machine Learning with **prototype-to-production** track record
• Strong proficiency in **Python** and advanced data analysis tools
• Experience with **AWS** or other cloud platforms for model deployment

Responsibilities

• Develop AI workflows, customize data pipelines, and tune models.
• Set up evaluations for AI workflows to ensure quality and safety.
• Integrate AI workflows into production with engineering partners.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to test assumptions and inform roadmap.
