📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in provider network operations or healthcare administration
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Access, and SQL
• Experience managing projects in healthcare or insurance environments
• Ability to interpret operational data and recommend improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAS/SPSS or statistical analysis
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
