💼 About This Role

You'll own global e-invoicing compliance for a fast-growing API-first platform operating in 25+ countries. You'll turn complex regulation into clear guidance for product, engineering, sales, and support teams. This role offers immediate ownership and a path to build a full compliance function from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze global e-invoicing regulations and translate into actionable guidance
• Write authoritative content like blog posts and country mandate explainers
• Support product, engineering, sales, and support with regulatory insight
• Define country launch roadmap and lead regulatory side of each launch

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in indirect tax, VAT, or similar regulatory domains
• Native or bilingual English with strong writing skills
• Ability to turn dense regulation into crisp actionable guidance
• Founder mentality: operate well with ambiguity and ownership

• Experience with e-invoicing/e-reporting frameworks
• Comfort around technical products like APIs, ERPs, billing systems
• Hands-on experimentation with AI for tax or regulatory research
