💼 About This Role

You'll help improve manufacturing processes and metrics through data analysis and cross-team collaboration at Ajax Systems, Europe's largest security system manufacturer. You'll work at the intersection of production, engineering, and analytics, driving root cause analysis and process improvements in a fast-growing hardware company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze production processes and perform root cause analysis using 5 Whys or Ishikawa
• Improve key metrics like FTT, retest rate, and equipment uptime
• Identify bottlenecks in production workflows
• Coordinate between Automation, R&D, QA, and production teams
• Implement process changes and track results

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in PM, Operations, Manufacturing, Process, or Quality
• Experience with hardware/embedded products or technical devices
• Proven ability in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus

• Experience in hardware or IoT products
• Experience launching or scaling manufacturing
• Familiarity with MES or SAP systems
