💼 About This Role

You'll own the UX/UI design of a key game product and lead a team of designers. You'll combine hands-on design work with team leadership, setting processes and quality standards. This role reports to the Design Manager and collaborates closely with creative and game design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX/UI design for the game
• Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers
• Define and improve design processes and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design with strong portfolio
• Games industry experience is required
• 2+ years managing designers as direct reports
