As a Sales Associate, you will drive store sales by creating an authentic, excellent experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and community building. You will use your expertise in product knowledge to engage customers and help them find what they need. Working with the leadership team, you'll analyze reports to strategize and deliver results.

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
• Support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities
