- Lead and develop the EMEA SDR team of ~25 reps
- Drive new logo pipeline through SDR strategy execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel on territory priorities
- Establish operating rhythms for pipeline and talent development
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of SDR leadership experience at Manager or Director level
- Proven success leading sizeable SDR teams in B2B tech
- Strong coaching capability to raise team performance
- High analytical mindset to drive decisions with metrics
