💼 About This Role

You'll pick, scan, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse environment. Your work ensures accurate and timely delivery of home-delivered meals, directly supporting the company's hyper-growth in the healthcare market. This role requires standing for full shifts in cold temperatures (34-40°F).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pick correct items and scan them for cooler boxes
• Pack items to complete each customer's order
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
• Move product between locations following food safety guidelines

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
