You'll tackle high-impact strategic and operational challenges across the company, working with senior leaders on pricing & packaging, market analysis, and planning processes. You'll own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, bringing structure to ambiguous problems. This role offers a front-row seat to scaling a well-funded B2B SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation
• Drive pricing & packaging decisions with data-driven analysis and recommendations
• Conduct strategic analyses including TAM sizing, competitive landscape, and growth drivers
• Improve core business processes like planning cycles, OKRs, and internal workflow automation

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a highly analytical, strategic role in professional services or high-growth startups
• Strong structured problem solving with data-driven decision making
• Excellent cross-functional program leadership to drive projects end-to-end
• Clear, concise executive communication including slide craft and narrative building
