💼 About This Role

You'll transport and inject bio-oil for permanent carbon removal at Charm Industrial. You'll operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help scale our climate impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Transport bio-oil from rail terminals to injection sites
• Load/unload tanker cars and operate site equipment
• Monitor flow, pressure, and temperature during injection
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with vendors

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience
• Comfort working around heavy machinery, pumps, valves, tanks
• Forklift/telehandler/skid steer/tractor operation (or willingness to learn)
• Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years in oilfield drilling, production, or refining
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
