You'll support and maintain company-wide health, safety, and compliance programs across multiple operational sites. You'll work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure OSHA compliance and manage workers' compensation procedures. This role is key to scaling safety initiatives in a fast-growing LA-based tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain company health & safety programs
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits
• Manage workers' compensation claims and documentation
• Coordinate employee safety trainings and certifications

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in EHS or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA and California workplace safety regulations
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• OSHA certification or safety-related certification
