🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize surveying equipment to collect accurate field data
• Establish building control lines and column placement
• Verify elevations and produce as-built drawings
• Support steel erection and ensure proper alignment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in structural steel erection or field surveying
• Proficiency with total station or similar surveying equipment
• Ability to travel regularly across the Mid-Atlantic region
• Comfortable working at heights in active construction sites

• Experience with Trimble software
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and CAD tools
