Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines, ensuring production metrics are met, managing facilities when the General Manager is not onsite, and leading continuous improvement projects. This role involves guiding daily huddles, conducting performance reviews, and fostering team development.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for full shift
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is offsite
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership
• Guide daily site manager huddles and implement continuous improvement projects
