Description
You will own Scandit's social strategy end-to-end, translating enterprise technology stories into engaging content for diverse audiences including technical developers and C-suite executives across retail, logistics, and airlines. This hands-on, strategic role involves managing channels, driving thought leadership, leading employee advocacy, and building community engagement to position social media as a measurable growth channel.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B social media experience, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS
- Degree-level education in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record scaling social channels with measurable brand impact
- Deep LinkedIn expertise and strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Create and publish high-quality content including video, visuals, carousels, and surveys optimized per platform
- Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content for their social profiles
- Lead and scale employee advocacy program using Oktopost, driving adoption and engagement
- Design and execute engagement strategies across forums such as Reddit and G2, and build customer and influencer relationships
