You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on growth opportunities. You'll partner with agents to identify prospects and work toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities via cold-calls, emails, and campaigns
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Strategic Growth Managers
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and track outreach activities
• Collaborate with team to refine prospecting strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of SDR or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Self-starter ability to solve problems independently
• Excellent communication skills for client meetings
