You'll own a high-value portfolio of SMB customers at Perk, driving retention and expansion through consultative partnerships. Your insights will shape product improvements as you act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of top SMB customers, building stakeholder relationships.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through consultative engagement.
- Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as product advocate, ensuring clients adopt features that drive ROI.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets.
- Exceptional presentation skills and data storytelling ability.
- Comfortable with Excel/BI tools for data analysis.

- SaaS experience preferred.
- Additional European languages significant advantage.
