You'll proactively generate new sales leads for a growing software consultancy serving first responders. You'll identify prospect needs, nurture relationships, and set meetings with sales executives to drive pipeline growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect new accounts via cold calls, email, and social media
• Qualify leads and set meetings for sales executives
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound warm calling campaigns
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales Development Representative experience
• Proven track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and sales process
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• First responder experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
