You'll own the AI program at Thyme Care, ensuring safe and trusted AI use across the organization. You'll build the operating system for AI risk management, enabling teams with tooling and controls without slowing innovation. This is a high-impact role at the frontier of AI in healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own AI governance intake for pilots, purchases, and launches.
• Facilitate governance committee reviews and drive decisions.
• Build operational infrastructure: documentation, audit trails, escalation pathways.
• Operationalize evals, labeling, and monitoring for cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• Technical foundation in software engineering or security engineering.
• Program management experience in regulated, high-trust environments.
• Excellent cross-functional facilitation across diverse stakeholders.
• Operational rigor with documentation, audit trails, and process improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• HIPAA or healthcare security/privacy experience.
• Experience implementing governance for AI/ML/LLM systems.
• Vendor risk and procurement coordination experience.
