You'll provide culturally relevant legal advocacy to survivors of gender-based violence, including support with protection orders, family law, and housing navigation. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Accompany clients to court and assist with filing protection orders
  • Conduct intakes and assess legal needs of survivors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
  • Facilitate presentations on advocacy-based domestic violence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with survivors of gender-based violence
  • Knowledge of criminal and civil legal systems
  • Experience working with communities of color and anti-racist practice
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or related field
  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience with CPS and housing navigation
