💼 About This Role
You'll coordinate daily expedition with an external warehouse to ensure timely deliveries, and act as the main contact for couriers in Czechia, Slovakia, and Germany. You'll also support operations on a newly launched German market.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily expedition with external warehouse
- Main contact for couriers for pickups, delays, claims
- Communicate priorities and resolve issues with warehouse
- Conduct monthly warehouse visits in Ostrava
📋 Requirements
- Experience in logistics or customer support
- Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
- Calm under pressure and independent problem-solving
- Willingness to travel to Ostrava monthly
