🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, CS
• Partner with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and goals
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for diverse pipelines
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience from contact to offer

📋 Requirements

• 3–7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM focus
• Proven success recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles in SaaS
• Strong understanding of GTM org structures and compensation models
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
