You'll partner with the People team and business stakeholders to build and manage employment programs that enable high performers to achieve their best work. You'll provide legal guidance on compensation, benefits, performance management, leaves, and contingent worker issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on US legal matters including compensation and benefits
• Implement compliant employment programs aligned with company values
• Craft clear policies translating complex employment law concepts
• Proactively identify and mitigate employment legal risks
• Liaise with outside counsel and stay current on employment laws

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• Substantial experience practicing employment law with law firm and in-house blend
• Ability to provide practical legal guidance to non-lawyers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Active membership in California or New York state bar
• 7+ years of employment law experience
• Experience at a technology company or high-growth environment
