You'll join a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducational group facilitation for clients with complex behavioral health needs. Your work will focus on group mastery and real-world change, supported by a fixed schedule and salaried stability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
• Review curriculum and facilitate across diverse age groups and cohorts
• Foster client engagement and encourage "camera-on" culture
• Complete client documentation within 24-hour timeframe

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field (MSW, Counseling, MFT)
• Currently reside and be eligible to work in Oregon
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and intensive treatment setting experience
• Ability to work with diverse population ages 8-64

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth facilitation
• Registered as CSWA for licensure-eligible hours
• Background in high-growth clinical environments
