Description

As a Line Lead in our Inspection Center, you will manage a team of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals for vehicle reconditioning. You will oversee car movement, train team members, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage car movement into and out of Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify areas of opportunity and steps to improve.
• Engage team with coaching, development, and performance management.
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects, and train team on quality standards.
