You'll review and route incoming requests across Fresh Prints, ensuring they reach the right team with proper context. Your work will directly prevent delays and operational issues for a multi-million dollar custom apparel business. This role offers exposure to Art, Sales, Operations, Admin, and more.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and triage incoming Art, Ops, Admin, and Sales requests
• Assign requests to correct team or individual based on type and urgency
• Analyze requests for missing details or blockers
• Communicate with internal teams for clarification or follow-up

📋 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in operations or support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets
