💼 About This Role
You'll build the customer experience support strategy for an AI-powered drug development platform. You'll guide drug companies to master Weave's platform through scalable enablement and education. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic program building.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as voice of the customer, advocating for user needs internally.
- Create and maintain on-demand enablement resources and training content.
- Define metrics and reporting to track impact of CX programs.
- Develop navigation guides and assist in testing new features.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Customer Support or Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience serving life science, bio, or therapeutics markets.
- Ability to speak the language of drug development and be credible with PhDs.
- Availability to work 12 pm to 8 pm PST to support global clients.
