💼 About This Role

You'll build the customer experience support strategy for an AI-powered drug development platform. You'll guide drug companies to master Weave's platform through scalable enablement and education. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic program building.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as voice of the customer, advocating for user needs internally.
  • Create and maintain on-demand enablement resources and training content.
  • Define metrics and reporting to track impact of CX programs.
  • Develop navigation guides and assist in testing new features.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support or Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience serving life science, bio, or therapeutics markets.
  • Ability to speak the language of drug development and be credible with PhDs.
  • Availability to work 12 pm to 8 pm PST to support global clients.
