You'll build strong relationships with existing players in a fast-paced iGaming environment, proactively engaging via chat, email, and phone to boost retention. Your core impact is reducing churn and maximizing customer lifetime value through personalized offers and VIP service.

• Proactively engage players via chat, email, and phone.
• Monitor player activity to identify retention opportunities.
• Deliver personalized offers and promotions.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or retention.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Relocation to Portugal is required.
