💼 About This Role

You'll provide subject matter expertise in power production as part of the Civil Engineering team at Buckley SFB. You'll operate and maintain diesel generators and electrical distribution systems to ensure reliable power for critical missions. This role offers a chance to work with high-voltage systems in a military support environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate electrical switchgear to control and distribute power
• Start, stop, and synchronize diesel generators with commercial power
• Monitor and maintain Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS)
• Troubleshoot and overhaul generators up to 2.5 MW

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with power production
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Active DoD Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Knowledge of federal and state electrical codes

• Knowledge of Department of Defense policies and procedures
