You'll monitor fleet quality and coach chauffeurs to maintain exceptional service standards at a premium ride-hailing scale-up. You'll conduct investigations and build feedback loops to continuously improve the passenger experience.

• Monitor passenger feedback and prepare trend reports
• Conduct incident investigations with unbiased reporting
• Assess chauffeurs via vehicle checks and online assessments
• Provide performance feedback and coach chauffeurs

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English
• 2+ years of quality control or luxury service experience
• Thorough incident investigation skills with urgency
• Radical candor when delivering difficult feedback
