  • Develop and manage strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with go-to-market strategies

  • Drive partner engagement through QBRs, executive meetings, and sales planning

  • 5+ years in channel sales or strategic partnerships within UCaaS/CCaaS
  • Proven success managing strategic partner ecosystems in B2B
  • Strong understanding of technology advisor ecosystems (TSDs, master agents)
  • Forecasting and pipeline management experience with revenue accountability
