You'll drive revenue growth through a high-impact partner ecosystem in the customer experience and cloud communications space. You will develop and scale relationships with channel partners while identifying new opportunities. This role demands strong relationship management and ecosystem expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-driven solutions.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and manage strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth
- Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with go-to-market strategies
- Build joint business plans with revenue targets and enablement programs
- Drive partner engagement through QBRs, executive meetings, and sales planning
π Requirements
- 5+ years in channel sales or strategic partnerships within UCaaS/CCaaS
- Proven success managing strategic partner ecosystems in B2B
- Strong understanding of technology advisor ecosystems (TSDs, master agents)
- Forecasting and pipeline management experience with revenue accountability

- Existing relationships within the UCaaS/CCaaS partner ecosystem
- Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools and workflows
