💼 About This Role

You'll join ClickHouse's global support team to provide consultative support to enterprise customers. You'll blend hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support, helping customers design and implement scalable database solutions. You'll work with strategic accounts and contribute to product roadmaps across a globally distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve on customer projects focusing on architecture and implementation.
• Provide consultative support for onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Handle L1 to L3 support cases when not assigned to projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams on roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, or Engineering roles.
• 5+ years experience with distributed database management systems.
• Expertise in public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience leading large technical projects with multiple engineers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Experience with open-source technologies.
• Experience with data pipelines like Kafka, Spark, or Kinesis.
