🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily partner operations and serve as central contact
• Monitor deployments, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks
• Coordinate volume and resources with partners to align capacities
• Handle escalations and enforce quality standards

📋 Requirements

• Several years of experience in partner operations or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and multiple partners
• Solution-oriented mindset and experience in escalation management
• Fluent German and English (negotiation level)
