• Execute M&A, strategic investments, and joint ventures

📋 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 6+ years of legal experience in corporate/M&A
• Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments
• Ability to work onsite in Huntington Beach
