🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, WIP, AR, AP, payroll, and inventory
• Enforce financial policies, approval limits, and internal controls
• Manage cash inflows and outflows to avoid shortages
• Lead annual budget development and rolling forecasts

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with job costing and WIP accounting
• Strong skills in cash flow and working capital management
