Description

You will lead a cross-functional team building core growth capabilities at Raisin, a leading savings and investment platform. You'll oversee end-to-end delivery of data-heavy systems and integrations, collaborating with Marketing and B2C stakeholders to power growth initiatives across web and mobile.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• At least 1 year of leadership or people management experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Snowflake
• Solid experience in data modeling and building ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Own full E2E delivery cycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, QA, delivery
• Nurture team culture with open communication and trust; resolve impediments and mitigate risks
• Drive OKR process with Product Manager: communicate objectives, define KRs, ensure team commitment
• Recruit, hire, and onboard engineers; develop soft and technical skills through coaching and IDPs
• Establish performance standards, recognize high performance, and reward accomplishments
