💼 About This Role

You'll lead global recruiting strategy and execution at Illumio, the leader in breach containment. You'll partner with executives to drive multi-year hiring plans and personally manage mission-critical executive searches while evolving a public-company-ready talent engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into global hiring plans
• Lead hiring outcomes across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A functions
• Personally lead VP-level and above executive searches
• Own Talent Acquisition systems, analytics, and AI roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience
• Proven success scaling TA in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies
• Deep experience hiring across Engineering, GTM, and Executive roles
• Experience leading distributed, global teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS systems
• Background in cybersecurity or breach containment industry
• Experience preparing for public-company readiness
