💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the main supply chain point of contact for process and quality development at supplier sites, driving readiness for new product introductions. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and global supply managers to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate technical data and resolve issues at supplier sites.
• Lead OK2X deliverables for new product introductions.
• Identify supplier equipment, fixture, and tooling needs.
• Conduct production audits for DFM/QCP conformance.
• Set up IQC plans at FATP partners and track issue closure.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Manufacturing or Supplier Quality Engineering in consumer electronics or automotive.
• Bachelor's or above in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of optical component manufacturing processes (grinding, polishing, coating, etc.).
• Experience with interferometers, spectrophotometers, and MTF testers.

✨ Nice to Have

• IATF 16949 5 Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC) experience.
• Data analysis skills and interpretation of design drawings with GD&T.
• Experience with supplier audits and new product introductions.
