Assistant Store Manager

Description

In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overseeing daily operations. You'll lead the STACK (customer service) approach, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards to help the team meet KPIs like conversion rates and NPS.

Requirements

  • Retail leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale and inventory management systems
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Passion for fine jewelry and customer service

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional in-store customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
  • Drive store KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, OPH, SPH, and NPS
  • Manage inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment (BOPIS, phone sales), and back-of-house organization
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards, campaign execution, and fixture maintenance
  • Identify and escalate operational risks and roadblocks to cross-functional teams
