You'll drive alignment across all Operations functions to ensure reliable production and long-term scaling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as chief integrator across Operations functions for strategic alignment.
• Lead operations programs to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Manage material, tooling, and workforce capacity for high-mix production.
• Deploy lean and digital manufacturing initiatives to reduce cycle time.

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in Operations/Manufacturing leadership in aerospace or avionics.
• Proven experience in mid-volume, high-mix production environments.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional operational leadership without direct authority.
• Track record of building teams and processes for scaling from startup to industrialized ops.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• Hands-on experience in operational crises.
• Strong command of digital tools like ERP/MRP and PLM.
