You'll join Monzo's regulatory team, owning preparation and submission of prudential regulatory reports like capital and liquidity. You'll drive data quality improvements and automation to scale reporting processes. This role offers direct impact on product launches and business decisions at a fast-growing digital bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (capital, liquidity)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory interpretations
• Perform data profiling and resolve data quality issues
• Automate reporting processes using technology

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of capital requirements and liquidity reports
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of coding languages (SQL preferred)
• Experience meeting tight deadlines in regulatory reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Python
• Knowledge of Pillar 3 disclosures
