Description

You will serve as the primary People partner for our Cypress factory, supporting manufacturing leaders in navigating people challenges, maintaining strong employee relations, and ensuring People practices support operational performance and compliance. You will turn People strategy into practical solutions that work on the factory floor.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience
• Experience supporting hourly workforces or shift-based operations
• Experience in high-growth manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of production team dynamics
• Ability to turn legal requirements into clear, usable processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to People presence for the Cypress facility with consistent on-site presence
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to balance compliance, speed, and practicality
• Address employee relations issues, workplace concerns, and team conflicts
• Coach supervisors on performance management, workforce planning, and team development
• Ensure manufacturing operations comply with California employment laws and regulations
