Description

You will support the functional training of new hires, evaluate trainee performance, provide peer coaching, and assist with onboarding activities at Misfits Market, a mission-driven startup fighting food waste.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Experience training peers or groups desirable
• Experience facilitating training to groups of 5+ people desirable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized

Responsibilities

• Conduct departmental on-floor training and cross-training for hourly associates using approved materials
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations based on training material
• Ensure timely and proper completion of training documentation
• Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support new hires
• Collaborate on identifying training material updates or opportunities
