💼 About This Role

You'll build a brand new Customer Success organization from the ground up at a high-growth SaaS company. You'll lead a team of CSMs to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention while establishing strategic frameworks that scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape a CS function at a company backed by Sequoia Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing CS team
  • Develop playbooks to increase AI product usage and upsell opportunities
  • Define team KPIs, roles, and operating rhythms with VP of CS
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for seamless customer experiences

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6 years leading Customer Success teams in SaaS
  • Proven experience building or scaling CS functions from the ground up
  • Data-driven mindset using metrics to guide decisions
  • Experience with CS motions like onboarding, adoption, renewals, and health scoring
