💼 About This Role

You'll provide ethical guidance to attorneys and staff, ensuring compliance with state bar rules, ABA Model Rules, and immigration standards. You'llconduct conflict reviews anddevelop firm-wide policies to mitigate ethical risks. This role offers a chance toshape a culture of integrity at a growing firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide ethical guidance on conflicts, confidentiality, and privilege
• Review client matters for compliance with legal ethics rules
• Develop firm-wide policies for ethical conduct and compliance
• Identify and mitigate ethical risks within firm operations

📋 Requirements

• Must have a Juris Doctor degree
• Strong understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing legal practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience in immigration law standards
